EU Authorised Representative

Manufacturers  outside the European Economic Area must appoint an Authorised Representative within the EEA to communicate with the authorities for clinical investigation approval, product approvals, and post market issues such as incidents and recalls. The Authorised Representative function is independent of a distributor or dealer function.
